I graduated in 1996 from Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy with over 1100 hours of training in Neuromuscular Therapy. I later took level 1 Cranial Sacral from the Upledger Institute. I became a Massage Therapist after I saw the benefits it offered my small children with their earaches and through their various sports injuries. Massage was so beneficial to prevent injuries and to help their body heal when they did get an injury. I spent 2 years in a Physical Therapy setting offering specific massage services to post surgical and post injury clients. I worked in conjunction with many Chiropractors to ease the clients treatments by their Chiropractors. Loosening the muscles prior to treatment, makes the overall treatment less painful and it lasts much longer. I found my true passion when I became a Massage Therapist, and I look forward to meeting you to help you in your life journey of being pain free.
